How to use Forum

Are you beginner and don’t know how to use a forum? Here are some tips for you.


1.Firstly, you have to register on the forum. Click on the Register Icon, available on the top-right corner of the FORUM Homepage. Go through the TERMS, and its necessary that you agree to the TERMS in order to continue the registration. Click on "I AGREE TO THE TERMS".
2.Fill all the required details,
    User Name- This is your screen name and you shall be addressed with this name all over the forums.
    Password- You require this to log into the forums along with the user name.
    Confirm Password- (required for verification)
    Email- Very necessary in order to activate your account. Please put in a legitimate Email Id otherwise your     registration will fail to complete.
    Confirm Email- Must put in the same email address (required for verification)
    Language- Only British English is available. We don't have staff for managing other languages.
    Timezone- Choose your relevant Timezone. In case you are an Indian (most frequent case) - the     timezone is UTC+5.30 Indian Standard Time, Srilanka Standard Time.
    Confirmation of Registration- We need to confirm if you really are real or just a computed program made     for registering at forums. We don't want useless registrations and hence require to prevent automated     registration. Please enter the image exactly as it is in the image/ otherwise your registration will fail.
3. If you get register you will see notification at the same time after clicking on submit button otherwise an error massage. Please go through the error message and change everything accordingly.
4. Now you are ready use the CBSE forum.

Some tips for using forum.


FOREMOST RULE: Please remain updated with all the rules. IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE. Its your prime duty to remain updated with all the rules and regulations! Click Here to read the rules.

1. Click on the best suited category and use "New Topic" button to post a new question.
2. Post your topic in relevant category to get quick, best and relevant answer from all forum members. For example if you are a student of 9th class and wish to ask any academic question, you can post your question Vth to IXth Class Students category. However,if your question is general and relates even to Std. X,XI, and XII go down in the CBSE General Category and ask in the relevant FORUM. So that other forum member could give best advice.
3. If you want to give your valuable advice of any question in the forum, use "Reply Button" (only registered users can post). If you find any difficulty, ask it in Suggestions - Queries & Feedback category.
4. You can use various available options for post, like smiles, attaching links, images, BOLD, ITALIC, UNDERLINE,Colors etc. when you post. Use the BBCODE - click here for more information. eg.
Syntax [url=your link]link text[/url],
Now it will look like this hyperlink.
5. PLEASE DON'T waste both of our time and spoil the forum by spamming it or posting adult/porn content. For such acts, you and your IP Address will be permanently banned, and your IP address will be reported in order to disallow you at any other place on INTERNET.
6. If you find anyone who is violating the forum rules or spamming the forum, report it using the <i> icon at the top-right corner of the post. Please don't consider yourself as an admin/moderator and try to chide the SPAMMER/Rule breaker.
7. If you are unable to find the best suitable category for your post in the forum, ask us either in the Suggestions - Queries & Feedback or PM the admin, to which you can always get a reply. You will be guided accordingly
8. Log out the forum before living (if you are on a PUBLIC Computer, its necessary that you do so in order to disallow any misuse of your account).
9. You must log in into the FORUMS to use it first - in case you are unable to post elsewhere, check your log in status - whether you are logged in or out.
10.If you forget your password, click on "I forgot my password" and give your email id and user name that you had given at the time of registration. Check your mail, and follow the link provided in it.
11. In case you find any difficulty with anything, please go through the FAQ available on the top-right corner of your FORUM HOME PAGE. It must solve most of your problems.
